SMSTEEL
The alloy coating of zinc aluminum magnesium steel plate consists of zinc (Zn), aluminum (Al), and magnesium (Mg). After high-temperature curing, it forms a dense ternary eutectic structure, creating a highly effective anti-corrosion super coating.
In identical conditions, the corrosion resistance is 5-10 times that of ordinary hot-dip galvanized steel plates.
Cutting edges and punching incisions form a dense protective film of zinc hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide over time, actively inhibiting corrosion.
With a surface hardness 2.5 times higher than ordinary galvanized steel, it offers excellent tensile, stamping, and wear resistance.
Surface treatments are free from heavy metal ions, complying with international ROHS standards for environmentally recognized products.
The 275g/M2 alloy plating is guaranteed to prevent red rust for up to 30 years under normal use. It serves as an ideal replacement for hot-dip galvanized and certain stainless steel products.
