Pre-galvanized pipes are formed from steel sheets that have already been zinc-coated. This process yields a clean, uniform finish, ideal for indoor installations or mild environments. Hot-dip galvanized (HDG) pipes are welded first and then dipped into molten zinc, producing a thicker coating (inside and out) that offers superior corrosion resistance in demanding outdoor or industrial settings.
