Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG) involves dipping the entire steel pipe into a molten zinc bath, creating a thick, robust layer suitable for harsh outdoor and marine environments. Pre-Galvanization, however, involves coating the steel sheets before they are formed into pipes, providing a smoother finish ideal for indoor use, furniture, and light construction.
